If I could leave 0 stars I would. I just ordered from them using Grub Hub. On my order form I checked the box that said add french fries. When the order arrived, however, there were no fries to be seen. I have them a call to let them know that the fries were missing, but was immediately given attitude. The girl I spoke with told me I didn't order fries. I told her I did, and pulled up my order just to be sure. Yep, it was there, add fries. After an extra dose of attitude from her, I told her not to worry about it. The last thing I want is someone so disgruntled and unhappy at her job to have to go the extra mile to make things right. God only knows what would have been delivered next. 15 minutes later, however, I received a call from her again to tell me that she reviewed my receipt and saw that I went in and wrote "add fries" in the comments, but never actually ordered them. When I tried to tell her she was wrong, her lovely attitude returned. I asked her why she was calling me 15 minutes later when I had already told them to forget about it and she said that she was trying to extend the courtesy. Basically she was trying to tell me I was lying, which really, why would someone lie about ordering fries. Unbelievable! I'll never order from here again.
